Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and product designers through full innovation cycles
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 market potential, including AI, biotech, and space tech
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Champion agile methodologies while ensuring compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks
- Mentor talent in future-focused innovation practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership, with 5+ years in strategic innovation or R&D management
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (preferred)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience scaling innovation teams from concept to commercialization
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in future technologies (required)
