Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to market launch for 2026-focused initiatives
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives and market trends
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and resource allocation across 15+ concurrent projects
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives, measuring ROI and market impact
- Foster startup-style agility within enterprise structures through rapid prototyping and experimentation
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, product development, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining products/solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies with specific focus on 2026-era capabilities
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Design Thinking, Agile/Scrum, or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful transformation initiatives in tech-forward industries
