Responsibilities

- Develop cross-functional MVPs for emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolios aligned with ESG and UN SDG principles
- Facilitate future-back scenario planning with C-suite stakeholders
- Drive open innovation ecosystems through strategic partnerships and hackathons
- Present innovation blueprints to investors and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) applications
- Proven track record launching scaled innovation programs ($1M+ budgets)
- Certification in Design Thinking, Agile, or Lean Startup methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of circular economy and regenerative business models
- Experience with innovation governance frameworks and IP strategy
