- Design and implement innovation incubation programs with measurable ROI milestones
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation strategy with corporate vision and investor expectations
- Build and manage a portfolio of experimental projects with potential for billion-dollar market impact
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, product development, or future technologies
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-disrupting products or services
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (Generative AI, Web3, or quantum computing)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
