Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term 2026 Technology Roadmap in strict alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead high-level architectural design for enterprise-scale applications, focusing on scalability, resilience, and performance.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and Edge Computing, to solve complex business problems.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into robust, actionable technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and reliability across all global platforms and data centers.
- Conduct technical assessments and rigorous code reviews to maintain the highest standards of software quality and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior engineering capacity.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale systems in major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
- Strong expertise in Future Tech Stacks, including React, Node.js, Microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with AI/ML integration pipelines and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
