Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of backend engineers and data scientists to drive innovation.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with extensive experience in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI Integration: Proven experience integrating Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-velocity environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
