Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Push the boundaries of Deep Learning by optimizing inference speeds and accuracy for edge and cloud deployment.
- Protocol Integration: Lead the technical integration of AI agents into our decentralized protocol ecosystem.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI paradigms (e.g., Transformers, Diffusion Models) and applying them to real-world problems.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish engineering best practices, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and deliver high-performance solutions under tight deadlines.
