Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust AI architectures that scale to meet the demands of 2026.
- Lead the technical roadmap for integrating Generative AI and Agentic workflows into our core products.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business objectives into technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity, model performance, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) for high-performance AI inference.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure Quantum Horizon remains a market leader.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern machine learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and distributed systems.
