Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI infrastructure, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure our platform remains a decade ahead.
- System Architecture & Scalability: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable AI systems capable of handling enterprise-level workloads.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- MLOps & Deployment: Establish and refine MLOps pipelines to automate model training, testing, and deployment processes.
- Ethical AI & Compliance: Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring all models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in AI/ML: 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with a deep focus on NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ years out) and architect solutions that are future-proof.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams and leading complex technical projects.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
