Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect a scalable, secure, and innovative AI infrastructure strategy that aligns with our long-term vision.
- Lead Advanced Research: Oversee the development of cutting-edge machine learning models and neural architectures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with legacy systems and cloud ecosystems to optimize performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic narratives for executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in specialized AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading high-impact technical initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
