Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, robust AI systems that align with our 2026 strategic vision.
- R&D Leadership: Guide a team of brilliant engineers in researching and deploying state-of-the-art machine learning models.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, anticipating industry trends and technological shifts.
- Model Optimization: Improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency to ensure high-performance deployment in production environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and adapt to emerging technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
