Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI architecture, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and Neural Networks to drive product innovation.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, high-availability AI infrastructure capable of handling millions of data points in real-time.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of excellence by mentoring junior architects and engineers on advanced AI methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architecture role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks. Experience with cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) is mandatory.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
