Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive architectural vision and technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance distributed systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver cutting-edge solutions on time and within budget.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, technical architecture reviews, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical specifications.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that keep Nexus Future Tech ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or principal architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Proven experience in designing large-scale microservices architectures and implementing event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a significant plus.
