Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for architectural evolution, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex software initiatives, from concept to deployment, focusing on high-performance computing and scalable cloud architectures.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven interfaces, edge computing) to determine their viability for integration into our core ecosystem.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence by mentoring senior engineers and fostering technical growth within the organization.
- System Architecture Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews and architecture assessments to ensure security, reliability, and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of implementing innovative solutions to complex technical challenges, specifically within the context of futuristic tech stacks.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead diverse teams towards a unified vision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
