Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-ready solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through thought leadership and internal workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Foresight, Design Thinking, or equivalent preferred
