Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and socio-economic trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive trend reports for executive audiences
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for emerging technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and C-suite executives through compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing strategic initiatives
- Portfolio of published trend reports or strategic foresight projects
