Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability domains
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for emerging technology adoption with 5-year impact projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging technology adoption curves
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Curate global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Fluency in scenario planning tools and foresight frameworks
