Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable metaverse infrastructure using Unity/Unreal Engine and blockchain integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing immersive 3D environments and interactive experiences
- Architect interoperable virtual ecosystems supporting avatars, assets, and real-time collaboration
- Optimize performance and user experience across VR/AR/web platforms
- Establish governance frameworks for digital assets and user interactions
- Drive innovation in spatial computing and AI-driven virtual assistants
- Collaborate with security teams to implement robust privacy and safety protocols
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies shaping the metaverse landscape
Qualifications
- 8+ years in 3D development, VR/AR, or game design with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Unity/Unreal Engine, C#, and WebGL/WebXR technologies
- Deep understanding of blockchain, NFTs, and digital asset economies
- Proven experience scaling virtual platforms with 10K+ concurrent users
- Mastery of spatial computing, real-time rendering, and physics engines
- Strong background in UX/UI design for immersive environments
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and distributed systems
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field
