Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining positive relationships
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call quality, resolution time)
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
- Adhere to company compliance and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with high accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Basic proficiency with Windows applications
