Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time technical support via chat for software/hardware issues
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Tier 2 agents for complex troubleshooting
- Maintain high CSAT scores and response-time metrics
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to security protocols for customer data
- Train on new products/services monthly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent written communication skills (type 40+ WPM)
- Strong problem-solving abilities in digital environments
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm or 4pm-12am)
- Comfortable with multitasking in fast-paced settings
- Basic computer proficiency with Windows/macOS
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
