Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support to resolve technical inquiries and customer issues
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case notes in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex escalations
- Adhere to SLA targets and quality assurance standards
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
- Maintain positive brand representation across all interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Excellent written communication skills with professional tone
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Basic proficiency with CRM software and chat platforms
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Must be authorized to work in the US immediately

- Availability for evening/weekend shifts as needed
