- Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails from Pennsylvania customers with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and billing issues using our proprietary CRM system
- Document interactions accurately in our customer database and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with local teams to address regional service needs and process improvements
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and service techniques
- Act as brand ambassador representing our commitment to Pennsylvania communities
Qualifications
