Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve complex customer issues using CRM tools and established protocols
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain customer data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and processes
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Participate in quarterly service improvement initiatives
- Support local community outreach programs as part of our CSR initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a B2C environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining composure under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional off-site events
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish highly desirable
