Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Process orders, returns, and service requests with precision
- Document interactions accurately in customer relationship systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution time
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
