- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for local utility and service providers
- Resolve billing inquiries, service disruptions, and account modifications
- Document interactions using CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and CSAT scores
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge
- Identify upsell opportunities for enhanced service packages
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
