Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using proprietary CRM tools
- Process transactions, orders, and service requests with 99% accuracy
- Document interactions and maintain detailed customer records in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores and response time targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience or relevant internship
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- Must pass background check and drug screening
