Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and technical issues
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs

Qualifications
