Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person at our Portland location
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Act as community liaison for local service programs
- Meet daily performance metrics for resolution rates and satisfaction
- Participate in community outreach initiatives
- Support hiring event logistics and candidate onboarding
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in local markets
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Valid Oregon driver's license (if field visits required)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Spanish bilingual certification a plus
- Pass background check and drug screening
