Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues using our proprietary CRM system
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet daily performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote additional services when appropriate
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Excellent communication skills with clear articulation
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for occasional off-site tasks)
