Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in local market
- Strong communication skills with Detroit-area cultural awareness
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Michigan driver's license (if travel required)
