Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to improve service workflows
- Meet/exceed KPIs for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in quarterly training sessions for product updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English/Spanish
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Must be available for evening/weekend shifts
