Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex service issues
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in community outreach initiatives during assigned shifts
- Train new hires on service protocols during hiring events
- Meet performance targets for call resolution and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in local community setting
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse populations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification highly desirable
