Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for local clients
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Update and maintain accurate customer records

- Meet/exceed performance KPIs (e.g., CSAT, AHT)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Spanish bilingual a major plus
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for field visits)
