Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently using CRM systems and company protocols
- Process orders, returns, and service requests while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in compliance with company policies
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in local market preferred
- Excellent communication skills with clear articulation in English/Spanish bilingual a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience ideal)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining composure

- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
