- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response time and resolution rate
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience
- Maintain product knowledge across service offerings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night shift environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Fluency in English and Spanish (highly desirable)
- Availability for flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
