Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex cases when needed
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance metrics for call volume and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Support sales initiatives by identifying upsell opportunities during customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
