Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues efficiently using our proprietary CRM system
- Document interactions accurately in our customer database for quality assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through feedback collection
- Adhere to company policies and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional articulation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
