Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat for Portland-area clients
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Identify and escalate high-priority issues to senior support specialists

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (remote preferred)
