Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Manage a steady flow of inbound customer calls and emails regarding products and services.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems efficiently and provide accurate resolutions to ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and account updates in our CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to answer questions confidently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the support team to share feedback and improve service processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (0-2 years).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
