Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat for Southern California clients
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including CSAT and resolution time
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain service excellence
- Support community outreach initiatives for local customer appreciation events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in local/regional markets
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Valid California driver's license for occasional off-site client meetings
