Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
- Update CRM systems with accurate customer interaction records and feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution efficiency
- Participate in weekend team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support local marketing campaigns by providing insights on customer needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in a local market environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced weekend settings
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with rotating holidays
- Valid Nevada driver's license (for occasional local events)
