Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency with computer applications and typing (40+ words per minute).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude under pressure.
