- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with local Jacksonville partners for escalated issues
- Meet weekly performance metrics (quality, speed, CSAT)
- Participate in team training sessions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
