Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and merchandise using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and verify incoming and outgoing inventory to maintain stock levels.
- Warehouse Operations: Sort, organize, and stock products on shelves or in designated storage areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and data entry tasks.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
