Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory counts for the upcoming week.
- Stocking & Organization: Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments in a timely manner.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace during your shift.
- Data Entry: Update digital records and log sales or inventory changes accurately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
