Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Meet/exceed KPIs for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handoffs
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Windows OS and cloud-based tools
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 10 PM - 6 AM
- Pass background check and drug screening
