Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call quality, handle time, CSAT)
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and update customer records
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with accuracy
- Flexible schedule including nights (12AM-8AM)
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge
- Positive attitude under pressure
