Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy

- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call quality, resolution rates)
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 30+ WPM
- Comfortable working night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
