Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM tools
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores, handle time, and first-call resolution
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with supervisors to improve service protocols
- Participate in ongoing coaching sessions and skills development
- Uphold company compliance policies and data security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM) and computer literacy
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule including weekends
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
