Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while meeting performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference customer needs

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with strong computer navigation aptitude
- Previous customer service experience a plus but not required
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
